I can only hope for another humiliating defeat in Zappone in the same vein as Norris. What a great thing to hope for one's country :(

UPDATE: Three steps backward. RTE have updated the first link to say there will not in fact be possible cautions for cannabis possession.

Yeah - the Zapponde case might succeed but it's unlikely. I see Denham on our side but am completely unsure about the rest. I wish SD was the chief justice. The report was a complete washout - summary on my blog if you dont want to put yourself through the agony. And to top it all off whoever compiled the report can't bloody write!
